This Blueberry Coffee Cake has become quite famous in my family almost an obsession. When I first started baking one of the first recipes I baked was a coffee cake similar to this recipe. I found this recipe flipping through the pages of Bon Appetit Magazine. The recipe is from Cake & Ale Bakery in Georgia. Created by their Pastry Chef Eric Wolitzky.
- It is best to make the crumb topping before hand and let it sit in the freezer to firm up for about 10 minutes.
- Toasting the pecans will enhance the flavor of the nuts. 350 degrees for about 6 minutes.

Looks divine! I'd love to try that!
